1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date.
Your booking is only confirmed once the booking fee and a signed booking form have been received.
The booking fee is deducted from your final balance but cannot be transferred to another date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date.
Trials are paid separately and must be paid 7 days before the appointment.

2. Travel & Location

Travel within 15 miles of Harrogate (HG2) is included free of charge.
Journeys over 15 miles will incur a £1 per mile fee (each way).
Any additional expenses, such as parking, tolls, or accommodation, will be discussed and added to your invoice.

3. Assistants & Larger Parties

If your bridal party is particularly large or you have an early ceremony, an additional stylist may be required.
Assistant fees will be discussed and agreed upon before confirming your booking.

4. Trials

Trials are available on Tuesdays and Fridays at my home in Harrogate or at your own home within 15 miles of HG2.
Trial prices are separate from wedding day pricing, unless included in a package.
If a second trial is requested, an additional charge will apply.

Please ensure that all members of the bridal party are ready and available at their scheduled styling time.
If someone is late, I cannot guarantee that their styling will be completed without impacting the rest of the party.

7. Cancellations & Changes

All booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any changes to your booking must be made in writing at least 1 month before your wedding date.
If the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the wedding, the full remaining balance will still be payable.

8. Allergies & Liability

Please inform me of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
I cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions if allergies are not disclosed in advance.
I am fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.

9. Photography & Social Media

I may take photographs of your finished hairstyle for my portfolio and social media.
If you would prefer not to have your images shared, please inform me in writing prior to your wedding day.

10. GDPR & Privacy

Any personal data you provide will only be used for the purposes of your booking.
Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Agreement

By paying your booking fee, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and entering into a binding contract.
